科榮成立於1992年，是最早進入中國大陸的香港顧問公司(1993)。
於1996年提供 ISO14000環境管理體系主任審員培訓; 於2001年取得英國劍橋大學國際考試(CIE)委員會認可中國區考試中心資格; 於2002年取得中國國家認可監督管理委員會CNCA認可的認証咨詢機構資格; 於2003年被中國認証人員與培訓訓機構國家認可委員會CNAT認可為香港唯一的合法培訓中心; 於2004年聯同德國認証機構 TUV Rhiend 推出EL9000老人服務標準; 於2005年取得中國外國專家管理局認可審核為美國IPMA-HR廣東省培訓中心資格。
本公司己經為取得超過2000家各類型組織提供咨詢及培訓服務，培訓人次超過500,000人。
